Immerse yourself fully into Lorie Ballage’s exhibition with Vic Kalo Pilates.

Vic designs Pilates classes that combine movement, strength and breathing to put you in a state of openness and allow you to fully immerse yourself into the art around you.

Vic builds on Lorie’s vision to “pause and reflect in front of her installation” and invites you to take a breath in and dive into the Sink & Soap exhibition. Bend to the side and lean closer to the floor installation. Flutter your arms and legs as if you were swimming, and hear the water flowing through the clay fountain next to you.

The class lasts 45 min, in english. All ages, genders and stages of life are welcome. No previous Pilates experience required. Wear comfortable outfits and socks. Clean mats will be provided.

BIO:
Vic Kalo is dedicated to guiding the human body as it transforms through life. Women’s bodies in particular, undergo several changes to adapt to the needs of adolescence, matrescence and menopause. Using the Classical Mat Pilates repertoire, Vic creates movement classes that leave you feeling transformed. She got her certification in Classical Mat Pilates from Smart Body studio in Amsterdam with a specialisation in Pre and Post natal. Vic is originally from Greece. Met her Norwegian husband in Germany. Worked in advertising for 16 years in London. Gave birth to her boy in Amsterdam and has recently moved with her family to Drammen.
